Small Zen Home

When I first got my house, I struggled with what style I wanted to use until the idea of doing a Japanese zen garden came to mind. Little did I know that that style would follow over to my medium and my apartment later.I wanted a nature, zen garden feel, but also some sort of semblance of a home, as well as a craft room. I also wanted to have a small G'raha shrine for shits and giggles.These pictures are fairly old, so they do not resemble the completion of the small sadly. I forgot to take pictures and a video of it before moving to my medium.

Medium Zen Home

After some time, I liked my small but ultimately decided I wanted a little bit of a bigger space, so I worked my way into a medium house. I was very fortunate to get my plot and love the view I get.The Japanese zen garden theme carried over, and much like the small, I wanted the nature look without completely taking away from having a homey feel to it. So I worked my butt off and grinded to either gather materials, craft the items myself, or have a friend make the items I could not make myself.A few of the things that I wanted for sure was the craft room to have a more designed room over just a bunch of machines in one area. I wanted to give them all themes. For the bedroom, I wanted a walk-in closet.

Magical Girl

After getting inspiration from an original character of mine, I really wanted to make a magical girl house inspired by her. I won't go into detail about her backstory, but all you need to know is that she specializes in plant life, specifically flowers, & healing. I wanted to implement more space to be used, but the bedroom took a bit more items than I was expecting. The house was inspired by pastel colors & a cute theme.

Kugane WoL

I wanted to switch up my house, but didn't know what I wanted to do at first. And then I figured I would make a home based off of what my Warrior of Light would own. She's from Kugane, so I went with a Hingan/Japanese style home. She doesn't exactly need a giant home, so I tried to keep it simple.

Zen Garden Apartment

After I managed to finally get the medium plot of my dreams in the location I wanted, it was time to move everything over to it. Which unfortunately left my apartment extremely bare and lacked any furniture. This forced me to redo my apartment but allowed me to change it up.I followed up with the Japanese zen garden theme, but this time, I wanted to go all in. A house only takes so many crafting machines sadly, so the remaining two had to be put into my apartment.

Scion FC

Quite a while back now, I created a G'raha Tia ult for the fun of it. After a while, friends joined me with NPC alts and, eventually, we made a small FC for them called Diet Eorzea. One inspiration was clear upon decorating the house and that was the Rising Stones & the Baldesion Annex.So a friend and I worked hard on gathering and making everything to make it come to life. The top floor is more styled for the Baldesion Annex, while the downstairs is of the Rising Stones. There are a few things we still need (an ivy curtain & Sil'Dihn Side Tables), but the majority of what we need is already in.

Starwishing FC

It took a while for me to finally secure an FC house for my small FC. (So many half bids lost...) But finally having a house to hang out at, I definitely went for an astronomy theme, considering the FC is called Starwishing.I wanted to have darker lighting, but not feel dark overall. In the basement, I wanted to have a place where my FC members could hang out & it ended up becoming a kind of pub.

Azem's Office

When I finally won an FC house, I didn't expect to make a personal room right away. And then a few days later, at 2 am while trying to sleep, inspiration hit me. I really wanted a room for my Azem and, more importantly, an Amaurotine backdrop.Due to the item limits of an FC room though, I couldn't exactly do everything I wanted to do, so I settled for an office instead.

FC Cafe

My client was looking to create a small cafe on the top floor for their FC to be able to RP in. The basement was designed to be a chill place for their FC members to relax and hang out at. They wanted to see browns, reds & stone/natural colors as a general aesthetic.

Cozy Cottage

My client was looking for a cute & cozy-looking cottage, inspired by a few videos. They wanted similar aesthetics to Fae Cottage & Ashen's Cottage. They were looking for pinks & blues.

Eastern Dojo Exterior

The client requested to have an Asian-inspired exterior. He also mentioned playing mostly samurai, so he wanted a small training area. The first thing that came to mind was a sort of outside dojo. Although I would have liked to give more detail (curse exterior item limits), the client was very happy with the end results and a nice view.

Hingan Beds

My client really enjoyed the build I did for my WoL's home and requested something similar. They specifically wanted to incorporate both Shirogane & Lavender Beds in the design.For the interior, they wanted to have a bedroom, kitchen, and little reading nook. They loved the idea of having a loft, so I made the area her reading nook. For the interior, they wanted lots of warm, natural lighting and potted greenery.For the outdoors, they wanted to have lots of pinks & some purple. They specifically wanted a lot of greenery with flora that glowed at night. Since they're by the beach, thye wanted to showcase it with a balcony.They loved the finished project and I really had fun putting it together.

Japanese Cottagecore

My client wants a cozy & comfortable house with a Japanese cottage core aesthetic. They requested a comfy kitchen & the various NPCs. They also wanted hints of black & purple to reflect personal FC.

Japanese Exterior

My client had the interior done in a modern Japanese style & had wanted me to do an exterior to match the inside.

Medieval Dungeon

My client was looking to create a nice cozy place for people to hang out on the first floor. Their basement they requested a medieval dungeon. They requested to have verdant partitions, leather sofas, Odder Otter items & Cherry Pink dye.

Nature Library

My client was looking for a nature library with a lot of plants and reds. He also wanted a place for his friends to hang out with a fireplace & a private bedroom. He was particularly interested in the starry sky/azure sky phasmascapes. The build was a lot of fun to create, though I did have to make some adjustments for Lala height.

Small Hingan

My client requested a more traditional/Hingan style house with a nice sitting area & bedroom. I felt particularly inspired by some of the pictures she shared & put my own flare to it.

Traditional Eastern

My client contacted me upon seeing some of my previous work. He had really taken to the Eastern dojo exterior & my personal small interior, so he requested something along those lines.He wanted a cozy, home with only a few requests. My client was not at all particular about what he wanted beyond having a bedroom, Far Eastern hot tub, red-ish wood & neutral colors.After looking at a few images for inspiration, the house came together quite nicely.

Witchy

My client wanted to have a cozy cottage fit for a keeper of the moon, faetouched astrologian. A nice warm kitchen, cozy bedroom, and reading nooks. They also wanted a roomy, photo worthy bathroom.A few request they had were to include a messenger book, koi pond, house plants, celestial decor, & starlight. They wanted a nice fireplace with plenty of places for friends to gather. For lighting, they wanted ambient/low lighting with a fishtank.Their character is a baker who loves the sound of running water. They wanted a Ghibli & fantasy inspired theme.

Fae Cottagecore

When the client mentioned wanting a fae-inspired house, I knew I wanted to do it. She wanted a cottagecore theme with blues, greens, purples, and a little bit of pink. There were a few complications here and there that required me to change the design, but overall, I think it turned out great.

Onsen Sushi Bar

My clients were looking to create a Japanese sushi/tea restaurant with an onsen. They also wanted a private area for themselves. They wanted a cozy & clean design with a zen-like outdoor area to compliment the space. They wanted to see reds, purples, and natural tones in their design.

Rainforest

I was contact to create a fae rainforest with a big bath house. Unfortantely due to item restraints, I couldn't put as much fae influence in as I wanted, but they loved it nonetheless. They also wanted a bar/lounge area where they could hang out.

Amaurot FC

My client contacted me after seeing the Azem FC room I made for my character, stating they really loved what I did with the build. They wanted their FC to have a similar theme. With the theme in mind, item space is the biggest issue, on top of being a large. Despite being unable to use the other floors, I was able to do a lot more than I anticipated.

Hingan Aquarium

My client contacted me to do a hingan design, but he also had an interest in fishing and collected quite a bit of fish he wanted to show off. That's when I thought of making an aquarium house where he could show them off. He preferred black and purple tones with a darker lighting setting. He also really wanted a koi pond room. He had a lot of ideas he wanted implemented, so I did the best I could to fulfill them all.

My character's name is Intelligentname Here.Currently, I'm looking for just the interior to be done and my budget is 10M. I have finished the Doman Restoration & the pixies, but that's it. Per your request, I've already put everything that I have in the house storage.I'm looking for an Astrologian Coven, but I don't have any specific inspiration images to go off, so you can have creative liberty.I really like the colors purple and black together. I'd like to have an observatory, bedroom & loft somewhere in the house. I would also need a summoning bell, orchestrion & a mender for sure!Oh! I know this was a bit of a longer read, but it would be incredibly helpful if you came prepared. I will ask whatever information I need to, of course, but these are the bulk of them. Not everything is required on this list, of course. If you don't have certain Society quests done or the Doman Restoration, I can always find other ways to do the build in mind, but it still helps to know. Do not contact me until you have read through all of this!★ I can cover most of the North American DC (No European, Japanese & Oceania DCs, sorry). Instead of listing the worlds I can cover, the only server I cannot cover at the moment is Mateus (Crystal). I will not be able to make an alt there until the server opens up character creation again. I will do so when I'm able to.★ I have done mostly Japanese-style homes thus far, but I am open to trying any theme. I would actually love to broaden my horizons and try a bunch of different themes. As an additional note, with the addition of the Minimalist interior, I will likely be using that mostly. Let me know if you'd prefer not to use it.★ Send me a PM on Discord if you are interested in commissioning me. Just know that this will ONLY be for requests. If you message me trying to get a commission from me (art for example), I will block you. I am not interested in any commissions & if I were, I would contact you for them.★ I require half payment upfront on my main & the rest after completion. Once I have received payment, I will also need the gil you have for your budget on whatever alt I'll be working on.Please note that the budget will not be included in with the cost of my services. Either way, I strongly believe in keeping updated as much as possible.That being said, there may be times that life keeps me from being able to always update within that time frame, but I am doing my best to get your project done as fast as I can. Please keep in mind that I do have a life outside of online as well, though.★ I will be doing my best to keep you updated with WIPs. Please use those to your advantage to let me know of any changes you would like made as progress is proceeding on. I do constant updates because:⋯ I like to show off some of the work I've done because I get excited about it.
⋯ It gives the client a chance to let me know of any changes as things are progressing.
⋯ It will ensure that I can get everything you ask for (within reason).
⋯ It is a lot easier to make changes while in the process than at the end when it is a lot harder to change.Any adjustments that require me to significantly change the layout or item space issues once the build is nearly done will incur a 500k gil charge due to the extra time and effort it would take to fix it. Please be sure to make any bigger changes sooner, rather than later.This can cause a major design issue to make sure everything is still in the build, while trying to add in another thing that may not have the right space for it. It also means that I will have to start taking out items and design aspects to fit the new change in question in most cases.To be clear, this is referring to something requested from the client when most of the work is done. Any issues with the build that happen in the process with me will be fixed with no charge, of course.★ After past experiences, I will no longer craft & gather items. Most of the time, it has been more trouble than it has been worth to put forth that kind of effort. If you have a lower budget, I may consider it on a case-by-case instance.I will - however - make an effort to try to get the cheapest piece on the market board to try to save as much gil as possible.★ I will be doing my very best not to close any rooms off. However, depending on the complexity of the design, I may have to do one-room builds or cut part of the house off. If it is a large, it will likely be subject to this.★ Please give me ample time to finish the project. I will be working on the commission as quickly as possible, but it may take a while occasionally.I will occasionally need personal time for real-life matters & a chance to do content as well. That said, I will prioritize the commission as much as I can.★ It's not entirely necessary, but it would be very helpful if you gave me privacy while I put everything together.★ Once everything is done, and you are happy with your house, I would like to take pictures of it after to add to my portfolio.★ I will obviously need to be added as a tenant to your home or given permissions to move furniture in an FC to set everything up. Once everything is complete & you are happy with the results, please remember to take me off as a tenant. I will also leave any FCs I have joined for the sake of creating your design.★ I don't think it'll come up, but I reserve the right to drop a commission if absolutely needed. I do not intend to drop anything, so this should not be an issue.
